Biography[]
Early Life[]
Felicity was born in Brazil on 23 April 1885 as the 14th of 28 siblings. Her parents were horse caretakers and Felicity was actually born in the stable. As a result, she wasn't allowed to attend Church for the first part of her life due to her birthplace being considered a blasphemy. Her oldest sibling was born in 1857 and her youngest sibling was born in 1913.
She married in 1902 and had 13 children from the years 1903 to 1929. At the time of her death five of her children were still alive, the oldest being 104 and the youngest 93. She and her husband lived in several different villages around Goias State, Brazil before they finally settled in Ipora in 1921. They rented a farm in the northern region of Ipora in 1921 and later purchased the farm in 1925.
Family[]
Felicity became a mother at 18, a grandmother at 36, a great grandmother at 52, a great-great grandmother at 70, a great-great-great grandmother at 85, a great-great-great-great grandmother at 101 and a great-great-great-great-great grandmother at 118.
One of Felicity's children emigrated to Africa in 1910. This line of her family was born there. One of Felicity's great-great-great grandson's grew up in a boy's house in Africa due to the loss of his parents. In 1981, that great-great-great grandson almost died in a fire at that boy's house. He jumped out of a third floor window and nearly died. He lived with felicity's great granddaughter after that for 15 years and he is now a spokesman in the United States.
Travel, Descendants and Politics[]
Felicity's health was fine into her old age. She lived independently and took care of her own apartment. She was the last speaker of the Capuenos language and was able to sing Capuenos songs into her later life. She was still able to walk unassisted at the time of her death.
Felicity spoke 15 different languages and traveled extensively throughout her life. She visited every continent and over 40 different countries. Half of her descendants live right near her in Ipora and the other half live abroad. She is estimated to have over 80,000 descendants and has descendants in nearly every country in the world. As a result of this she was nicknamed, "La Tia de Todos." She has everything from great-great grandchildren who grew up in Japan speaking Japanese to great-great-great grandchildren who grew up in Kenya speaking Swahili. She also has relatives in Norway, the Netherlands, Laos and Madagascar.
Felicity was very liberal. She abandoned her church in 1980 to pursue a new phnemona called "Religión de las lenguas." That turned out to be a cult and failed in 1990. Felicity was very interested in people of other cultures. She sometimes had a disregard for her own people and saw outsiders as more important than her fellow Gioas. She had a change of heart in 2005 and traveled to a Mahican Camp where she discovered a new religion. Felicity did not believe in government and thought that everyone should live a simple life.
Appearance/Impression[]
Traditionally Felicity was very modest. She wore long dresses when she was younger and had very long hair. As the years went by, Felicity started to go a different direction. By the time she moved to her apartment, Felicity wore western style clothes and had her hair very short and straight and dyed blonde. She used a blonde rinse once a week.
Felicity made a bad impression a lot. She was very controlling and didn't like it if someone talked to her without being asked. She often said that people who did not agree with her needed to leave. Her husband was quiet and tried to ignore her. By the time of his death in 1995, they owned a duplex house and they only talked to each other on Sundays.
Her financial status changed rapidly. She pretended to be a queen in Japan when she visited in 1965 but when she went to Guadeloupe in 1975, she pretended to be very poor and threw herself at the alter since she was still a churchgoer at this point.
She had the ability to manipulate anyone and could turn anyone against anyone or for anyone. She started an uprising in Iran and a riot in New York. She would enter an area and take over. Everyone would turn to her due to her powerful voice, an enigma. She spent several years traveling around the world and changing the views of the citizens by taking over small towns. Felicity is said to have coned an estimated 5 billion dollars out of people around the world. In her earlier years of travel she would just skip town after writing a fake check for example. She would do magic tricks to sell fake potions for high dollar which were really just creek water. Whenever she visited the US or Europe she always wrote hot checks for merchandise, then skipped town and then sold the stuff in another town. She was arrested several times over the years but there was never enough evidence to convict her. Her usual practice was to sell small things for high prices in ignorant places and then skip town. In the 1960s however she coned a Californian culprit out of $50 million dollars and then skipped town.
Felicity lived in Romania for about nine months in the 1950s and traveled with the Romanian gypsies. She lived in Japan for a year after this, then France for a few months, back to Japan and then back to Brazil. She spent 1963-1965 traveling around South America on a bicycle. Felicity was a woman who could spend one week homeless and begging on the streets of Hungary and the next week living in German Castle as the guest of honor of the royal family.
In 1978, Felicity divorced her husband and bought a new car. She drove all the way from her hometown of Campos Verdes to Anchorage, Alaska in a few weeks. She apologized to her husband when she arrived in Alaska and said she wanted him back. He refused to come get her and she had to drive all of the way home and her car failed soon after she arrived. After this, she lived at home with her husband for two years. Then she went to Tibet and became a nun for a few months. At one point she also had a knack for traveling the globe and visiting conflict stricken areas and pretending to be a local. This led her to visit North Korea and put in a work camp in the 1950s. She barely escapade and fled to Mongolia, then South Korea.
Due to her extensive travel, Felicity was not around much to raise her great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Her family often fought with her about it but she would always go to a different country the next morning. She once tore through Italy, stopping in every town and coning people out of their money for a few months just after her husband criticized a random trip to South Africa. She often stated that all of the travel made her feel as if she had lived 1,000 years.
In 1992, her husband's health began to deteriorate so she stopped all travel after having traveled nearly constantly from 1947 to 1992 from the ages of 61 to 107. She used this time to spend with her family and work on her farm. After her husband's death in 1995, Felicity took a trip with five generations of descendants to every continent. This trip lasted three months and then she retired from travel for good. Since 1995, Felicity has not left Goias State, Brazil. She was visited by her family and used these nearly three decades to enjoy her home and spend time doing what she used to.
Later Life and Death[]
Felicity worked the land until 2001 when she was 116. In May 2002, Felicity sold her farm and moved South. She only became aged at 125 due to a minor stroke. Felicity moved into an apartment on the third floor of a building after selling a house in 2014.
Felicity often left her apartment during the day to dance behind her apartment house near the woods. She credited dancing, singing and walking to her longevity. Felicity was only seriously sick in 2015 and was offered hospice care but she declined it. She later recovered from her illness.
Felicity Concentracion Chiquita died in a fire at her apartment on 22 October 2022. Her location of death was Supermercado Frutos Da Terra, Av. Dr. Neto, Ipora, Goias, Brazil because she fled the apartment but died from complications of the fire. Her last wish was to work at a supermarket so she rushed there in time and made one sale before her death. At the time of her death most of the village she lived in was made up of her decedents and she was known as the honorary ruler of the city.
An investigation was launched after the fire and it was determined to be arson by an unknown party. It was later determined to be the grandchild of someone who Felicity had coned in Poland in the 1970s. This one coning event had led to familial problems for that family for over 50 years due to the fact that the family was in millions of dollars of debt due to Felicity's scam. The grandchild was not given a penalty.
Felicity was given a funeral with over 100,000 people attending from all over the world. The site of her apartment building was turned into a mausoleum for her rest. At the time of her death Felicity was reported to be survived by over 80,000 descendants as well as hundreds of thousands of other relatives. She was also reported to be a great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great aunt. Felicity was also survived by her step great-grandmother who was 40 years younger than her. This is because Felicity's great-grandfather lived to be 102 and the woman was 20 when she married him for the money. Felicity knew this woman well but did not talk to her due to anger. Instead they communicated through sign language.
